@@theday2learn no its not harsh at all. Its firm, and direct but not harsh. You have to remember its an M car. They prioritize sporty handling. Its what makes the vehicle feel like a glorified hatchback vs a big floaty suv

@@BrockDM1I’m looking at a used X3M Comp for 48k with 55k miles near me need to test drive to see. I owned a 2023 Civic type R and that suspension people said was too much but I thought it was fine

But is it reliable though? Can I have a car like this and be confident that I can use it as a normal family car driving it slow and steady? I mean, will it require a special and super costly maintenance if I drive it like an average vehicle?

I love mine. It almost feels wrong talking about how quick you can make these S58 cars with little effort. DPs and an E30 OTS tune and I do 2.7 0-60 and 10.5 1/4s on MPAS4s. Dyno'd 661WHP. Of course I have the videos lol. Effortless power and practical. Not as sexy but makes a decent sleeper unless you know what you're looking at.

No way the tune and downpipe together only cost $800. The labor for the downpipe is more than that by itself. Then the tune probably around $1k. Regardless the X3 M Comp is insane for a compact SUV

@@underachv yup lol. Did my DPs on my X3M and M4 in the garage. Roughly 4 hours and there's plenty of room in there. @superchargedsteve3411 My map pack/tune license and DPs on the X3M were more than $800 though. $700 for the OTS maps and license(or you can get just one map for $595) and $450 for DPs. I made 661whp with an OTS Stage 2 E30 map. If you jump in the forums and get used DPs and transfer a license from another car, yes you can gain around 175whp (stock dyno ranges from 450 non comp to 490 comp average) for close to $800 but thats really pinching pennies lol. Custom tunes are between $700-1000 and usually put you at low 700s with just DPs and a healthy ethanol content before you have to worry about bumping up fuel pumps and cooling.

Yes it does. 😑 are you inept completely or ignorant to his issues in the past and the people he screwed over? There’s a reason for his drop in views. He ruined his reputation! The whole car community came out against him and a lot of people just forgot to unsubscribe. HOWEVER - Parker has changed I think and realized what he did and is back to making quality content like he use to.

Owned one for 6 months and just didn’t gel with it. Not much quicker than a 340i. Definitely needs a tune or spend a little extra and go for the M3 touring.

Kinda wild how the paint color can make or break this car. This thing looks cheap; or old by modern BMW design standards. Dark green paint with bronze wheels? Desirable af lol. Edit: oh it is old. Didn’t look at the model year
