I actually saw the episode last night before I watched this and it definitely was pretty cool to watch and then listening to your point of view on things plus behind the scenes made me understand a lot of the things that were going on as well as what you dealt with. I will say that I have gone camping and even gone to different camps as a kid, I honestly don’t recall ever being taught how to use a compass in any of them.

I watched the episode and I cried so much, I’m happy that Alex admitted to being a bit ignorant to the fam.especially Hannah,I don’t know about anyone else but his attitude did change and The fact that him and Hannah are so close must of hurt Hannah.It was an amazing show and you all did an amazing job despite the heat,hikes and living on the land.Hannah kicked butt in the end and I really felt the love at the end.You may not have won 1st place but you did finish as a family ! I just watched the Survivalist. Not something I'd normally watch, but I watched because it was you guys.

At 11:37 I went to BYU TV survivalist season 3 episode 7. Of course I was rooting for the Petit family. But I do believe that the White family really needed the win. Rewarding memories were definitely made during these four days, and everyone is a winner.🎉

Ok. So I just watched the show and had to come leave my review. OMG! I can't believe you guys went threw all of that. I have to say a few spots got me a little teary eyed. You guys did soooooo good. Ariana ate cow tongue 😝 I wished they showed those parts. I won't ruin it for others but everyone needs to go watch. That was no easy challenge. When you were out in the ocean paddling around the cove. My stomach was so nervous. You all were winners in my book. Crystal, would you do one like that again? I waited to watch this podcast until I first watched Survivalist.... Which I happened to find last night (for free) and finally watched it! I am so proud of all of you guys for surviving that!!!! I know I wouldn't have been able to! I love how when one of you was having a bad moment there was always somebody there to pick that person up or let them up or let them have their space. Well when I heard that you were on a reality show I immediately went to my tv luckily recently my daughter switched us from cable to Roku tv which is a streaming tv I am so glad I was able to find the show and watched it I have to say you were all very brave.

Your video episode of survivalist was awesome your whole family should do something like that. I think it would be good.

I'm just happy yall survived. I am horrible with directions. The first time I went to Boston I wondered around for hours in Boston proper and the second day in caimbridge. Rode in a bus for the first time. I saw many things I wouldn't have seen other wise. Its a city made for walking. The second time with my mom I was kinda blind as I was there for a eye appointment. But I figured out the city grid the first time around. I told mom how to get back to our hotel multiple times. I found that when walking if you just keep walking you'll get there. Don't drive like that. I did the same thing in denver: went through some dangerous places.

I'm from the UK so didn't see the show 😢 wish I had listening to you all talk it showed your different strengths helped get you to the finish and i bet it was fun.

That was so exciting to watch you guys just push through all of that. I can see that Alex and Hannah made alot of progress with each other, but what I didn't see much of was Ariana. There was no questions for her and they really didn't show much of her. Was it more for Alex and Hannah to bond again? Love how Alex took care of mom.

I'm glad I taught both my kids how to use flint to start a fire my son learned in cub scouts and my daughter was there with us helping out she's a former girl scout so she knew also. It's a good skill to know just in case of emergency situations different ways how to start a fire.

Wow, so I had to stop watching the Podcasts just so I could actually go and see the survivalist episode that you were on. What an incredible journey of life, literally in those few days. Through the challenges, pain and tears your family became so much stronger. It was so beautiful to watch Alex show Hannah how he was there for her. Then Hannah lead the family in the end and that was the WIN ❤️

I watched the first 10 minutes or so.. I'm in Australia and hard to get that show because of zoning! My biggest take was hearing Kristals laugh and knowing she was having a good time. It sounds like they were looking for an "issue" to feature on a certain episode... beating up Alex movingas being an issue with Hannah in particular?
