Even if you are immune, you could still carry it. Wait until it morphs and you need "the new" one.

It’s never intended to make you immune. It’s like the flu shot, you take it to decrease the chances of you catching it but at the same time it would cause you to tolerate it more comfortably. But keep in mind, as someone already mentioned, you can still be a potential carrier. Like the common cold, you can easily pass it to someone else regardless if you are starting to feel better but still has symptoms to it.
