In short, don’t always think you’re the victim. 2) We’re humans, it normal for us to have our walls. It’s okay to be guarded especially when you feel something’s off. But don’t be cynical. 3) Competing with anyone is pointless and uninteresting. You have your own life to live and own goals to reach. Focus on that. 4) Going through life’s fire, taking all those lessons with you as you grow old will only make you come out stronger, wiser, better. 5) Nothing is permanent, everything will pass. Even the noisiest & messiest phase of your life will eventually die down. Don’t allow it to break you. Be resilient. 6) Some people, even if those you believe are your “friends”, will turn their backs on you. 7) Perfect Storm. This is when you encounter life’s hardest battles, and the ones who aren’t meant to be in your life will be swept away. Real ones, stay. This conversation just cemented my thoughts of why I never unliked Julia despite all her controversies. I have always admired how she speaks her thoughts with so much intelligence, wisdom & clarity. I always learn something when she speaks. This is by far my favorite interview of her.

I truly admire Julia’s intelligence and wisdom. Alam mo talaga na she was raised well by her mom. Many people say na she’s a bad daughter pero what do we know ba? She experienced trauma and wala naman tayo sa position nya para ijudge sya. She’s one of the people in the industry na I admire. She’s calm, matalino and she loves her siblings so much.
