I very much hope you will watch Heilung's Lifa (They don't call it a concert, they call it a Ritual). Heilung describe their music as "amplified history from early medieval northern Europe". I get a vibe from you in your videos that is actually very in line with the Heilung (Healing) vibe. I had the pleasure of seeing them live in New Orleans back in October. Amazing experience. I highly recommend it.

Next I'd recommend In Maidjan but watch the live version from the LIFA gig, you really need to see their live performances. Then after you react to In Maidjan I recommend you set aside 80 minutes where you won't be interrupted and watch the entire LIFA gig from start to finish. I saw the concert before I saw any music videos and it's life changing. As much ritual as concert. And it was their first time performing live together if you can believe it.

What I love about this video is the way they use actual ancient carved figures and runes as the basis for the animation

I beleive the point is to go into a trance so you can experience the song as a story told of a past war filled with anger, regret, sadness, and a new age emerging with scars and wisdom.

This is the first time I have seen the actual video for thee song and the imagery is hard hitting, it is the confrontation between warrior races and peaceful peoples, most of it is based on some of the ancient art found across northern Europe the way is was put together was very strange and disturbing, I think this was their first video and it was meant to push buttons and challenge barriers, it did that well but not a video I will be watching again, I will watch the live videos instead. This band is well worth doing a live watch of a full show, then you get all of the emotions around every song and the full healing (which is what Heilung means) just an amazing show to watch. Heilung follow many of the old spiral dance (Celtic healing circles) ways, they truly are magical. Big Love Cosmic

I still can't recommend "Tenet" enough from these guys! The last section of the song is a musical palindrome - it sounds almost the exact same played backward as it does forward, vocals and all. I will never stop gushing about this band and they deserve every bit of it.

I don't know much about it, and even less if you're familiar with it.. but i just remembered some yoga or meditation class and how they told to open the hands for the energy to flow through - in you and out of you, or something... so don't know more about it, just popped into my mind when you talked about your hands a bit confused ...And the idea is, i quess, that we're united with the universe and all it's living things - Which was even more strange when you read the last texts ❤ And no, i haven't listened to Heilung ever before (but will, in future, already can tell that)

This is actually based on "the Eggja stone" which is dated to the period 650-700 C.E. And this video is kinda based on the runic inscriptions. Runes never looked the same to me again this is so brutal
