BOSS! I especially like the part about women being cautious. This explains why on dating profiles they may change things so that they can't be easily found, such as the city they are from and their age. I'd like to see a video on how to identify a woman that is transitioning from another town (think "New Kid On The Block") or one that is transitioning from a long term relationship. I've noticed this about some women and they are looking to be safe, but they will allow the relationship to go on too long. Thoughts on the "Transition Boyfriend"?

Great to hear components that will help build a person, and make them happy, very important. I really liked this video! U gave a real good insight on the skills part, because at the end, its all about that! People spend too much time focusing and thinking about estetic beauty today, and many times end up being not a high value feature of the person. Specially today, when theres too much pretty people out there, so u gotta have the right skills to make yourself more unique. A way to improve yourself, becoming a better person, its not just a love act for yourself but a caring move for others, because either way, theres always someone benefiting of that. And another thing u right about, the details of it. Its not a thing that u can learn anywhere or teached by society, we just grow up seeing others, knowing we gotta to something at some point, rolling down the river, hit and miss style, with all these stuff in our culture, movies and stuff. Hi Coach Melannie!! It is surprising that women are more cautions, it sounds like women are more afraid than men to fail in a relationship; and that make them imagine a lot about the future when they see some details. But it is kind of unfair when the men do not know how to approach girls or he do not have solid dating and relationship skills and social competence; and because of that the girl labeled him as a Failure (with a big F). And after being ghosted he try to approach again, but she will see him as a Failure, and it seems nothing can change that. So we only have one shot, if we missed, if we do something that tank the approach we are done, nothing will redeem us; and it will be better look for another girl than try to change her perception about us. From the perspective of men and how we socially interact; only the jerks behave like that. Now, both sides are beeing unfair; women and men are labeling the other without knowing; and that is really, really sad and a kind of hopeless.

Coach Melannie: I have recently started dating a lady and though we haven't been seeing each for a long period of time, I am FULL-ON attracted to her. When we went out to dinner, she was all smiles and we laughed a lot. We have A LOT in common and she rocks my world and I mean that in the most respectful way. She has started a new job and is studying for advancement in her job so we have not been able to spend as much time together. I am not threatened by this, I admire it!!! She is enthusiastic about what she does, of course she's going to be happy. I bet you could catch her on an off day, where things have gone wrong, and she probably wouldn't be this happy, just like any other normal human being. This would be a great example of finding a career path that meets your passions and curiosity. Overall, you catch someone in the middle of something that they're passionate about, you are going to see them at their happiest.

I just want to say that this woman is definitely right guys. Im happily married but i get hit on everywhere i go. My coworkers always joke about it as im 37 and dont quite feel and look as i did in my younger military days. So i asked a woman who was trying hard in front of my guys to flirt with me and she said i had a presence they didnt have. The way i conducted myself and the way i spoke was very attractive. She also said i have a confidence that cant be taught but comes from being confident and comfortable with myself and what i was capable of. I guess REAL women will recognize this and it will be as a moth to the flame. I hope this helps someone.

I was taking a walk recently with my cousin sister. She was from a rural town where she grew and lived. She paid us a visit in the city. We are of blacks/Africans community or ethnicity. So as lately I've been so keen in listening to women-my sisters, cousins or any woman-as I've developed quite an interest in them as a normal straight guy who tries to understand these mysterious creatures. As we walked along through estates she saw this Asian guy-young, groomed and built or fit, he had an athlete body and rather symmetrical appearance. He was very light skinned-I think that's the notable feature she saw. She said to me, "I wish to give birth or carry such a baby within me, a white(meaning light skinned)baby...." What did she mean by that? I mean what difference would it make to her? Why did the image of the baby matter? This is the question I've been pondering on since.

Coach Melannie, one of my crushes keeps blocking me everywhere and seems uncomfortable talking to me after so many years that she was so nice to me. I went trick-or-treating at her house and her mom gave me candy. I asked her if she has a boyfriend in February and she said yes and then blocked me. What can I do to change that and re-attract her. I apologized to her through text on SnapChat and she blocked me there again. I showed her my graduation pictures on Facebook and she blocked me there too. Depends on what these “endless conversations” and times out entail. Are you flirty and she flirty back? If she is flirting with you she may be interested.

That is a hard situation to find yourself in! I never suggest getting involved with a woman who is in a relationship. She owes it to the man she is with to break it off before pursuing a new relationship. Also, if she is willing to flirt with other men while in a relationship with him she will be willing to flirt with other men while in a relationship with you. It's best to find someone you can really trust. Best of luck!

Coach Melannie Thanks for being very straight forward Melannie. I'm guilty as she is too bc i know she has a bf and I know it's wrong. I get what your saying, I wouldn't like it happening to me either. I guess i will fade away from her slowly and if she decides to respectably leave him without committing any crimes of betrayal than good. Time will tell. Thanks!

Dude. She has a bf. she’s not available. Find a single girl. How would you like a guy texting your gf behind your back and how would you like a gf texting another guy behind your back. BOSS. Did I learn something new ? Yes. The last tip, about physical attraction. Even though, it's not everything, it's one of the things.
