At 5:09 you stated 2,000 pounds of tension on the plate, Its actually closer to 30 or 40,000 pounds

I wish our local rep had that level of knowledge. Hailun is very poorly represented overhere. It's not even interesting to play it. I would rather purchase a Zimmerman made in the same factory and sold by a competent piano store...
