There's a reason why they called that place "Camp Cupcake." She's awful lucky she was there, instead of the prisons where the less fortunate women have to go. That would've been a real eye opener for her! Just saying!

They keep them in there because they are really smart people and if they go to a normal prison after some time they will become leaders. They will teach the retards in there how to read, write, do math and other things. It has happened before where they turn the whole prison against the warden and start riots and escape. Well educated people like her step into a prison and automatically are looked up at.

There was a time when I went with a group of teenagers during a summer job program to the Niantic Correctional Facility to attend a meeting inside and there were 6-7 ladies in their upper teens, early 20s and they all told their stories on why they ended up there. Drug use, assault, shoplifting, larceny, not your typical petty crimes. Most of them had 3-5 years of incarceration while one was serving time until pass the year 2000 and was in the process of a parole hearing and wore a head beret that read, "Rude Girl". I assume all whom spoke out up front were released by 1995 but it gave me an insight of what prison life could be like even if you're currently not incarcerated. No stranger to you and me.

Not really…they offered no rehabilitation classes or ways to be productive to help any deserving charity. Like making clothes for the poor or knitting caps for babies….anything. They made corporate mistakes. They didn’t physically harm anyone. They are treated like trash.

The government can’t risk putting well educated people like that in a normal prison full of retards because they are looked upon at by the retards in prison. It has happened before where they become leaders and put all the prisoners against the warden.

I have been to that prison & if that’s “white collar” I’d hate to see a blue collar institution. The difference between that prison & men’s federal prisons are shocking & unfair.Women in federal prisons are treated like an afterthought. It is NOT a resort by any stretch of the imagination.

I heard she kept getting in trouble for breaking the various food rules. 😁 I loved Martha, she taught me how to make a bed, and load a dishwasher. On PBS She’s a stoic who didn’t know it. If you start with order in your home it helps balance the rest of your life. Plus I absolutely charmed at what good friends she is with Snoop.

Insider trading, I understand from what I remember that she sold a stock rhat was about to go down in value based on information and advice that wasn't available to the public. From what I remember, she avoided a stock loss of $40,000, but her merchandise brand lost something like $250, million in stock value because of public anger.
