It makes me so emotional watching how she always cooks for you. She is really loving and always takes good care of you, I wish I had a grandma like that.

My mom is Japanese and even though I'm 38, I still celebrate and tell everyone around me when I manage to get an "I love you" out of her! 🥰

My mom is the same she doesn't say I love you but she cooks me so much food whenever I'm home and even send me food and asks me what I want and tries to make it for me. I love her. Your grandma is precious.

Asian parents / grandparents show love so much differently, my grandma never says I love you verbally but she’s cook for me, take me to the mall and make small plans! It’s cute, I know she loves me she doesn’t have to tell me! Asian families are very different when it comes to love haha! 😊

I'm in tears. I'm in love with her. She peels those apples just like my beloved grandma would do. And actually resembles her too, and we're not even Korean. This touched my heard so deeply ❤

She absolutely adores you and I can see in her face she's so proud and thankful that you spend so much time with her. These amazing traditions she's teaching you and memories you're making, you will get to pass on to your children or nieces and nephews (cause I ain't having any kids lol). My Grandma saved grocery bags (miss her💔) she was about 92 when she passed and grew up in the 1920s and 30s during the Great Depression here in America but I think that era affected the whole world. She would set bottles of things on their side to get every drop out, use every part of the chicken or turkey, and stretch household items until there wasn't a drop left. I think things like that really shape the way people live their whole lives which really makes their little habits so much more interesting. Love you both so much! i finally want to break the silence and talk to the world about my amazing grand mum.she was a restaurant BOSS. she was growing her food and baking like nobody else.her house was so warm and calm.i remember how warm and clean it was.The white cold snowy winters and rainy days with my granny will forever stay in my memories.she passed away many years ago but i don't stop thinking about her.
