Just a quick question if you want to cut acrylic could you not just cover it with a vynal so its no longer transparent?

1: you cannot use vinyl in any cutting machine. it omits a toxic poison in the air that will kill ya. 2: the laser goes through the entire piece of acrylic, so the blue light with scramble the acrylic not being able to cut it.

Ah I see. I don't have a laser cutter I'm just fascinated about them, I have Both a vinyl cutter and 3D Printer. I would like to get one at some point, but I'm afraid that's a long way off, but I'm happy I asked the question now, lol. Thank you
