I worked with a Monitor (CRA) who was phenomenal. She really was a core/key player in the success of keeping everything move along. I am the study coordinator (CCRP) and her and I worked very well together. Her and I being able to work well together and see eye-to-eye on things made life a whole lot easier. I feel we equally felt each person's role was just as significant as the other. There has to be trust.

I appreciate how you mention "you cannot forget" to do this or that. There are so many things to do that all need priority. If one is recruiting/enrolling quickly, it's difficult to keep every piece moving. You are right, everything is equally important. I think it's best for sites to have multiple people manage specific aspects of the trial so each piece can stay current and each person can prioritize that aspect of the trial.

Why did you decide to come work in the United States? Is there anything here that you really appreciate much more than elsewhere?

Even though Supportive supervision is the new philosophy, monitoring should be based on the criterias, not recording what you see makes it a mess , mainly monitors suffer. 🥊

Training requirements - work together at field = best training experiences do not lie on your experience when handling a project you are responsible for the success of that project knowledge on last 2 years experience may not relevant now due to changes in new edi at GCP read SOP - to understand company expectations look at previous IRB, visiting reports; what kind of information you can learn outstanding document; check through etc

Hi everyone! Daniel here from www.thecracoach.com. I love this opportunity to help you out through these interviews and am wondering: What's on your minds and what would you like Dan and me to discuss in one of the next interviews? What do you struggle with, worry about or want to know?

Stay tuned! ;-) Feel free to send me a bit more details about your particular situation at contact@thecracoach.com (how many kids? what age? living alone or with partner?
