There isn't a time that when Elvis comes into my mind that I don't think of how much of a shame it all was and how much I wish things had happened differently. I know I definitely would've gotten to see Elvis in person when he was in his 50's had he lived, which is still a very young man. I'm 55 now and sometimes the thought of just how many people like Elvis that I outlived, including my own older Brother who passed at 39, sometimes life seems like nothing but heartache, pointless heartache 😮

One movie I just ran across was "Goldfinger" I think Elvis would have been an amazing James Bond. What do you think? So sad he never got to do a movie that he would have been serious about. I love all his movies and watch them all the time, but I know he begged the producers for better rolls. I heard he wanted to ride the little tricycle on Laugh-In and the Colonel refused him. Just little things like that the Colonel turned him down on. Just lovevto hear you both talk about your life with Elvis. I think you were so blessed. Thank you both.

I had always thought that Elvis would of eventually gone country. All he has to do would add a steel guitar to the TCB band . I remember 1974 and listing to WMAQ radio out of Chicago , Elvis got a lot of air play with My Boy and There's A Honky Tonk Angel Who Will Take Me Back In . Same in 1977 when the Moody Blue album came out !

When I got to go to Graceland, I walked thru the kitchen area and I could see Grandma Dodger and Miss Pauline cooking and smell the wonderful smell. I could see all the people in the rooms and having a good time. Yes, I have a great bunch of pictures in my mind and I could feel the spirit of activity. It sure would have been an experience to have been there back in the day.

Hi Danny and Teresa, My question is about Elvis' TCB and TLC logos. I know Lowell Hayes made the jewelry for Elvis with it on the rings and necklaces. Priscilla Beaulieu claims she is who came up with the design inn adding the lightning bolt. She tells a story of how she and Elvis were traveling back from California to Memphis and flew into a thunderstorm. There was a streak of lightning ad that gave her the idea. Priscilla claims she drew it on a pad of paper with the letters on top of the lightning bolt. It was Taking Care of business in a flash. Is that true? She also says that She and Lisa didn't get the TLC necklaces passed out to the wives in the inner circle because Elvis told Priscilla he and Lisa were set higher over than the rest being given them! As humble as Elvis was, that doesn't even sound like something he would say!
