My vEDS/hEDS toolkit: Exercise bands for daily stretching Massage Gun for muscle knots 1mhz ultrasound wand for the bone fractures and bruises Vitamin D3 B12 A C+++ Lysine calcium magnesium supps probiotic and CBD oil every night before bed No more opioids No more muscle relaxants Seeing a vast improvement in my symptoms after a month or so.
