Beverly I loved the comments about the timekeeping. I am that person too! A meeting that starts at 11:00 is 11:00. Not 11:04 because time is money - that’s something you learn a lot living in the west and I learnt from my dad. Though he is African he is always lecturing our African friends and relatives on this matter. I live in the UK and I don’t allow people to waste my time, especially some of our bad behaviour of turning up late so as Africans. It’s disrespectful. Here the weekend (48 hours) is so precious you can’t have people wasting your weekend with promises that they are coming and show up 6hours late. 😢
