I have a 2021 Slingshot R. This is the top model. None of them come with a rear fender, while I agree it should have one, But this is known up front as the rear fender is extra. I bought one and installed it myself. Traction control on mine works well. It is 3 years old now and have had no problems. I also have several friends that have these as well and they have had very few to no problems as well. Your statement that no one is happy with a Slingshot is incorrect.

my 2019 had same issue turned out to be defective brake light switch, fixed problem went away.

Have you try a better. Battery , i thinking of getting a slingshot , I can’t ride my Harley due to a foot injury, in my research I come to a lot of customers stating that the battery is causing a lot of the issues due to low voltage amperage . They recommend replacement of the battery to a more powerful one . I hope this help . And fyi , I had to use the lemon law on a vehicle, keep all you papers and phone messages and dates of your calls , they try to show proof that the was up and up ( the dealership I bought my suv, but my records show them that they white out a lot of their records).
