Riley tripped over herself in fighting anti-Semitism when she announced on TV that she "doesn't look like a typical Jew". Awful, awful person for leveraging historical trauma for what amounted to less than a handful of cases of AS in the Labour party (according to the EHRC investigation).

Andrew Feinstein is thorough and clear on his analysis of the Honours system. The Honours system needs to go. Not fit for purpose. The rewarding of Rachel "I'll share my Aryan with you" Riley is beyond an insult to people who experience verbal and physical abuse racism. Riley has weaponised Anti-Semitism for her own personal welfare. She does not really care about the racism that Jewish people experience. The quote above proves this. Jeremy Corbyn is the best friend the Jewish Community has. He voted against Islington Council demolishing a Jewish Cemetery. Corbyn has promoted and promotes Jewish Celebratory Days and periods. Corbyn has fought against Britain First and BNP Anti-Semitism attacks. The Labour Files are shocking. The treatment these people have received is appalling Black and brown people racism and Black and Brown Jewish people racism is appalling. It hasn't been addressed to this day in Starmer's Labour Party. The way members have been expelled without due process is appalling. I can only sit back in awe, as an armchair supporter, at the passion and eloquence of a committed, "stand-up-and-be-counted" activist, accurately expresses what I think and feel. I'll not make judgement over the celebs that have honours. I don't know them personally. I have someone in my family who has an honour and I think it is dubious. Some time back I worked in central government. I left because I hated working in the government - I never felt like I was actually contributing to anything. I will always remember that I was surrounded by an unusually high number of people who had received honours. I do think the honours system is dubious overall.

Isn't it amazing when the truth is allowed some breathing space. I wish more people would take the time and effort to listen to this type of information rather than the soundbite lies of the Daily Mail.

We had our best chance in generations with Corbyn, as did the US with Sanders, and we, as a country, blew it. Now, we have the government and opposition that we deserve. This country is lost. I feel I've been properly hoodwinked about Corbyn by the mainstream media. I was a huge supporter of his. I even joined the Labour Party so I could vote for him as leader. However, I began to develop doubts about him when he refused to pick a side in the build up to the 2016 Referendum. I still think he should have done his job and been the opposition voice for Remainers like myself. When the country lost that battle I put a lot of the blame on him. But, it wasn't until I saw his reaction to the Salisbury poisonings that I really started to lose respect for him. Seeing him take Putin's side and suggesting that we should furnish Russia with samples of the Novichok for testing. LOL, and yet I still voted for him though in the 2019 General Election. And yes, I still think that was the right decision. Nevertheless, credit should always be given where credit is due. Jeremy Corbyn is a very good man with very decent principles. He did not deserve the drubbing he was subjected to by the vast majority of the media.

The Tories blew well over £100 billion in the pandemic through a combination of cronyism, corruption, incompetence(in some cases), insouciance (in some cases), indolence (in some cases) and a blinkered ideological refusal to fully utilise the existing mechanisms of the State outside the control of themselves - the NHS, Councils, the Education Sector, Social Services. Instead of just giving all the existing state bodies with a responsibility for the pandemic (and existing risk assessments to deal with it) as much money as they needed and allowing them to put into the place whatever is needed. No, they saw a once in a lifetime opportunity to funnel mind boggling amounts of money to "their people". Brown might have done similar when baling out the banks rather than just guaranteeing everyone's (People & Companies in the UK or pays taxes in the UK) mortgages and other debts for the next 5 years and allowing the Banks to work their shit out without any bonuses but what these Tories have done is unprecedented - the likes of Major & Clarke & Hesletine would never get anywhere close to this cabinet of cronies promoted 2 or 3 steps higher than their current ability.

Anybody who is offered an honour needs to take an immediate hard look at their moral compass.The problem with the term antisemitism (as I see it) is that It is used as a tool to close down any critique of the Israeli regime; one word criticizing the policies of the Israel government and out comes the accusation of antisemitism.
