Mandy I first watched your channel after a recommended "visit" by the Moss Family Mom. She and her family are so warm and friendly I subscribed after just one viewing. I am so glad I took her advice and checked out your channel because you also are natural and a real down to earth person. Your "boys" are also delightful. I rarely cook full meals anymore but I love watching you prepare food. It is like visiting my next door neighbor. Never change who you are because I love your channel and your family. Keep on "making" those meals and sharing recipes from other subscribers.

Something I learned after having my Instant Pot for over a year was that whenever you cook beef or pork in it (a large piece like a roast) you need to let it SLOW release for at least 15 minutes. The juices redistribute & it will be more more tender, no tough spots. Hope this helps.😊 Kisses for Gracie Lou💋

We live in Upstate NY - about 2 hrs. from the Canadian border. We were introduced to Dukes mayonnaise while vacationing in North Carolina. We were also introduced to Fresh Market while there. We absolutely love Dukes, however, it isn't sold in our local grocery stores. A few years ago, Fresh Market came to the area. We are now able to buy Dukes. It's the absolute best mayo ever. We were always a Hellman's family. Not any more. Love your videos.

Have been making similar marinade for 2 decades, minus the pear, although that sounds like an awesome addition!. Use honey instead of brown sugar, although sounds both would work well as a touch of needed sweetness. Wish I had known about ginger paste before as I always grated in fresh ginger. Paste would be so much easier! Use the marinade on butterflied pork tenderloin (overnite) which I then put on charcoal grill. Did 10 tenderloins for my God daughter's engagement party per her request. Everyone always loves! Definitely need to try your version!

I saw a hack today where you put a wet paper towel under your cutting board (has to be bigger than cutting board) & then you won’t cry...supposedly the onion fumes are attracted to moisture so they’ll go to the paper towel rather than your eyes! Not sure if it’s true but worth a try ..

Tip: Every time I get an onion or two at the store, I immediately cut it up and freeze the pieces in a bag. Then when I need then for a recipe in IP or crockpot I just open bag and dump in the amount. Love it! And meat is tough in IP if quick released. Leave it at least 10 minutes
