Salmon:
3 salmon fillets
Garlic salt
Pepper
3 tbs Olive oil
Generously season the salmon with the garlic salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a pan and let it get hot, add the salmon in and cook for about 5 mins on each side or until completely cooked. Flipping the salmon only once while cooking will help the salmon stay together and get a nice and crisp outside. Enjoy
Berry Cobbler:
3 cups frozen mixed berries
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tbs sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 grease a 8x8 baking dish place berries in the baking dish drizzle with lemon juice and 1/2 tbs sugar.
Whisk together the flour baking powder and salt
In another bowl beat together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Now combine the brown sugar mixture with the flour mixture I like to combine it with my hands.
Drop the dough mixture on top of the berries you can add pecans at this point if you would like bake for 30-40 mins or until the top is golden brown.
