Sam's sells a big bag of those jalapeno crisps. Next time you make a greenbean casserole add some of those jalapeno crisps to it .It adds a little kick to it. It is so good😋🤪😁

Hey Mandy, use a old muffin tin for sizing mini-meatloaves. It's what my mom has always done, and works great!

I use a wet towel to cover the acorn squash and foil to bake it. I usually cut them in the half with butter and lemon juice in them. It is so yummy and the plate is very pretty too

Made the mini meatloaves for the first time yesterday with a few family-choice changes, They were delicious and what a great idea!! I did want to let you know, if you haven't heard, the Sriracha Sauce plant is closing down until at least September because the weather (drought & heat) are affecting the pepper plants. I know ya'll love those hot sauces so I wanted to let you know to stock up! We did!

Next time you do a meatloaf recipe, use your "chop and stir" tool that you use to break up ground beef. I tried it and I was able to get it mixed up perfectly for meatloaf. The first time it will take you a little longer to mix it this way, but if Steven isn't available, here's a way to get it done without getting your hands all in it.

Mandy this is the ONLY way I can get my son to eat hamburger BUT this is the exact way I make our meatloaf. So I know how your hubby & son are loving it. Funny fact when our son was little he couldn't say whotsheire sauce (I know I mis spelled it) so he started calling it "weird sauce". He's now 25 & we still call it that

No matter which recipe I use I always bake them as mini meatloaves. That way the always cook in 30 to 35 minutes. That just works better for us. I am gonna try this recipe. It looks delicious.
