In today's video it's the start of water park week here on the channel and I decided to kick things off at Disney's Blizzard Beach. I take you around to give you a updated tour because recently this water park underwent a refurbishment with the addition of some of the Frozen characters. For the first time I purchased a clamshell for the day which is premium seating and of course I give you a review to let you know if it was worth it or not. Finally I take you on most of the fun water attractions that you can find here at Blizzard Beach and let me say that it was such a super fun day going down those slides! *UPDATE* Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park will be closing on March 19th, 2023 which is the same day Typhoon Lagoon reopens. Disney hasn't said how long blizzard beach would be down for this refurbishment but I'm hearing it's going to be a very short closure and it will reopen in the summer if WDW bookings go up but if people don't come in the summer it will be down until November.

The little snowmen are called Snowgies. They first appeared in The Frozen Fever mini movie Elsa is sick and her sneezes produce the Snowgies. I have a 9yo daughter and we watched that 7 minute show WAY TOO many times...

First great vlog- great details and the plunge scream classic. I have been to WDW over 35 times and have never visited blizzard beach. A week ago we were staying at Saratoga springs for the princess half marathon and the main pool is closed, pixie dusted with passes to blizzard beach. What a blast! It was 88 degrees and the water was wet. I had no idea there was so much to do. My husband had never been to a water park he had a blast. Will definitely include next visit.

We have never been to Blizzard Beach. We have been to Typhoon Lagoon several times. We love Typhoon Lagoon. I am sure we would like Blizzard beach as well, but as you said, it is a little more chill and laid back than Typhoon Lagoon. I especially love Crush and Gusher at TL.

Thanks for this video mate. Me and my wife have been over to Disney world 4 times but only ever visited typhoon lagoon. Think we will try blizzard beach next time. We have a 4 year old now so he will love the added characters and theming

Dev , you on the slides was so fun watching. If you you've ever seen the movie Caddy Shack II, there is a water slide scene where the water gets turned off when one guy went down , they way he yelled ... you sounded like him. Hilarious! Check the scene if you've never seen the movie. It's a comedy. 🌴🌺

I wanted to go to blizzard beach this year but won't be able to make it by the closing date. However I will be visiting volcano bay most likely in April as I'm taking my fiance for his birthday. I could go before then but choosing to wait on him as it will be both our first time ever at volcano bay. For now will just go to my little brothers pool but can't wait to go!

Also…. It’s not a “hidden Mickey” if it’s an obvious Mickey shaped item. It’s only considered hidden when you have to actually look for it in the details of things throughout Disney
