I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back on Telegraph St. in Washington. 👀🔥
There's quite a bit of big retail news along here with some future plans that will revamp downtown Washington that are in the works. There's so much potential along this corridor that cuts right through downtown and I'm pumped to see it all continue to come together!

I can't say who because I don't wanna get them in trouble but the daughter of someone building a part of their store told me that her dad was asked by Trader Joe's if he would build something for their store that they plan to open here and that he wasn't even allowed to tell his family.

Seems we can never have enough sweet drink places everywhere to satisfy the sugar addicted. Dentists will be thrilled. Same category as the car washes on steroids. 😢

Every time I think about how horrible parts of St. George blvd are, I remember Washington blvd exists.

I wonder if Southern Utah has any plans for transit like bus routes, bus rapid transit or even light rail. That would cover St. George, Santa Clara, Washington and the surrounding areas

So both Turmeric Indian Grills are gone? UGH! This area sucks for affordable and fast Indian food. Now all we have are Bombay cafe(Expensive and limited hours), red fort(Expensive), Maharaja(Expensive). We cant maintain a good ethnic food place, but we can add ANOTHER drink shop, car dealership, and car wash.

I bet all you watching are Californian transplants and/or pissed off natives. I just moved out last year, unfortunately I still work in Utah but make the nearly hour long commute daily for work. Someone's gotta keep this roof over my family's head!

I'm a native and i think this place gets better and better. Hope you're loving where you're living though!
