That fact does not go unnoticed by me. I am VERY thankful I found this job. As i said, just wish i had found it sooner. But everything has a time and place I guess. Always happy for your view and comment sir.

If I traveled as much as you, I would also have a full setup like this. Would take a plastic tuck of feather blades, a synthetic brush, an adjustable razor, a tub of soap, some thayers, Nivea, deodorant, and my cologne. Keep it as simple as possible while not sacrificing the shave quality. Good for you for losing so much weight Bary. Your and your family's health always comes first. Over material, vanity, or position. Dang I really feel that about having too many soaps to really use them all enough. That's why I don't buy any these days... just can't get through it all, even when using fancy shave soaps just to clean/moisturize my face at night. Some day there'll be room on the shelf again.

Great shave Barry ❤. You have your job that you love. That's awesome. Since I am living in Croatia I'm on the search to find my job, I'm more and more frustrated. Not the jobs are bad, more the senior managers and bosses! Old, useless tools, minimal pay and, best of all, not going home at all. I'm 50 now and I still haven't lost the dream of having my own job. Have a great Sunday ❤

As for what you do, I have this story. My late college roommate was an EMT/Firefighter in Clinton, CT during college. Somehow, he got permission to keep the light bar and strobes on his truck while up at school in MA. One night, when we came back from a LATE restaurant run and since we worked at campus police and one of the local PD was there (who also worked for us), he stopped in. Before he left the truck, he said, "Don't touch!!!" Something got the better of me and I flipped a switch. I didn't see anything, but could hear the "swish/swish" of the reflector. (I can hear it in my head, but have no idea how to explain it.) Took me a second to realize what I was hearing and shut it off... but I thought that my roommate was gonna end me. Sadly, after 18 years with High Point Telecommunications, he succumbed to complications resulting from the stroke that he suffered WHILE dispatching a call.

Yes sir. That was my thought after I watched this back a few times. I bought the medium just so I wouldn't be inclined to carry my whole den. Just need to be thoughtful and creative on what I do carry. Thank you for watching sir!

Mine, shaving wise is a Maggard’s MR1 V3 in black, the canvas case they sell in black, a Yaqi Black Marble brush with a Tuxedo knot, it’s travel case, a 1oz sample puck of Stirling’s Rambling Man, and Nivea’s Sensitive Post Shave Balm. If I’m flying I leave out blades, if I’m driving I throw in a plastic tuck of blades, since they have a slot for used blades.

Hi Barry, very nice travel setup. I usually also take two safety razors with me - a very mild one in case of a sunburn and an efficient one. As a mild option the Meta4 is a great choice. As a little tip: the Gillette fatboy fits perfectly inside the Baili plastic cases.

Greetings! When I travel, I don't want to nick or cut myself so I pick a razor that I know is always a 'safe' one in that way - usually a Muhle R89. I bring a little plastic box I picked up at Walmart, that holds I guess about 6 different tucks of blades so I have some choice, and then I bring a synthetic brush as they dry quickly, and some soap that is a cream in a tube for easy face lathering, and alway have a shave stick as a backup option (LaToya) and then usually a balm or two that is not in a glass container. I skip aftershave as all mine are in glass. That's it! Thanks for the review and safe travels.

That is an awesome Dopp Kit you pack! And a very trusty razor. I only recently purchased a stick of LaToja. Havent tried it yet. I also grabbed an Arko stick as it is dirt cheap and a great backup. FYI, you can buy an atomizing decant for your aftershaves. Just fill as needed. They usually hold about 5ml. Thank you for the great information and comment! I hope you keep watching!

My travel shave kit does change a bit from trip to trip. For soap I normally take some samples, razor is normally a mild DE one like Henson or King.C.Gillette, brush is normally my 22mm Yaqi Cola synthetic, a preshave soap (pears), a plastic shave bowl, a 20ml syringe, witch hazel splash, after shave splash, a balm/moisturizer, alum stick, some blades in a recycled blade dispenser which doubles as my blade bank. Plus my normal toiletries.👌🤠👌

When I went to Italy in 2018 with my wife and two adult children, I took a small duffel bag as carry on luggage for a 10 day trip. I warned about wife about taking a large suitcase that had to be checked. She regretted her decision and in fact had to bribe my son with 20 Euros to carry her bag up hundreds of steps in small villages in Italy. Moral of the story? Pack light!!

Well sleep when I travel is a bit less than I like lol. But it is worth it for the relationships I form with my clients while just hanging out and having a good time with them after work hours. I am glad I was able to give you some ideas! Thank you as always for the view Robert.

@@ATexanShaves, I figured that might have been the case. I still can't believe that you packed all of that (and THREE razors)!!! The dopp kit bag that I got from The Art Of Shaving only has 1 compartment. But it was a nice surprise, since I wasn't expecting it.
