I like Thai Kitchen and have a jar of the red curry in my pantry, but have recently had my taste buds blown away by the Thai Home green curry paste. I plan to try the other flavors. Be aware that quantities used for Thai Kitchen might be too overpowering with Thai Home. Suggestion to start smaller and taste test.

OMG, *DON'T* buy the Jovial egg pasta!!! Their rice pasta is my favorite pasta, but the egg stuff was so vile that I could barely get through it. 🤢 They make one made from cassava now, but after my experience with the egg one I'm reluctant to try it. Their rice pasta though... 🙌

Humus is with a hard H from the throat not (KH) like khamsa. I am half Lebanese. We invented Humus. It's an Arabic word yet you are pronouncing it like the Hebrew KH. A soft H is way more appropriate than using kh. Normally I wouldn't correct pronunciation but you seem big on proper pronunciation of food.
