I have always taken the entire containers in my bag, I just find it's much easier and works well for me! but as long as you have your items packed and ready you'll be good!

You should do a series of workout variations for teenagers it would be very helpful and you can split them up into upper body lower body and core( just a recommendation)
@teoxd1
@teoxd1 3 жыл бұрын
Does the muscle building process somehow work differently for teenagers than other people? And why would you make a workout split of upper, lower and core? Just do your core exercises (if you need to do them at all) on any other workout day that isn't right before your lower day since it can negatively effect your performance on squats and deads if your core is tired/ sore. Generally I would suggest if you're a beginner mainly focusing on progressively overloading your main compound movements, those being bench press, squats, deadlifts, pullups and rows or some kind of variaton of those movements. You probably want some kind of schoulder press too, although you shouldn't neglect your accessory movements like side laterals, tricep extensions and bicep curls etc. There is a reason these exercises have been around forever, they may seem boring but they work far better and are generally safer than most of the shit you see on instagram. Moreover, how you split up your individual workouts isn't really that important as long as you make sure to train every muscle group at least twice a week. Full body 3-4 days, upper/lower 4-5 days or PPL 5-6 days a week are all more than fine.

I always wear my lifting shoes to the gym but I keep them in my bag at home so that I don't forget them, and I have my pre-workout, creatine, and protein at home since I'm literally a 200m walk away from my gym.

I had two motorcycle accidents last year 2020. I was laid up and I gained 30 pounds. My home environment was my mom was over feeding me 😉beginning about June 2020. This January my environment changed and since January I’ve almost lost it all. All I did was eat when I’m hungry. I haven’t been working out. The key is what you put in your body not just the slay. I’ve slowly been going back to riding off-road and it’s amazing how much better my whole body has been feeling from the long riding. I enjoy multi day riding for hours.

As I find that I sometimes lack the flexibility for the cable stations I carry a short length of chain with a carabiner so that I can adjust the hand grip to be closer to where I'm seated. It's been a game changer.
