That's not the reason at all, that was the marketing gimmick everyone fell for, the only reason tour pros get raw wedges is so there's no glare off the face of the wedge in the sun

@@57JimboSliceactually Raw wedges do spin better BUT the difference is only noticeable in wet weather when the conditions are Dry the difference is very slim

I'd presume those wedges felt better so they are in the bag. Golf is about feel more than anything and that's that.

Raw will only have more spin new. Over time they will lose more spin than a finished wedge. And rust hasn’t proven to increase spin. I think that has been debunked. All gimmicks

TM makes really shallow drivers. I play the Sim 2 Max and at least a third of the ball sits above the top of the face. They're super easy to hit.

The wedges are meant to look like that, they are raw metal so rust up quite quickly 👍

@aydenharper3535 Rory more than most could do with worn out wedges, I remember watching him last year when he almost spun off of every green he pitched onto, was landing by the flag then spinning 12/14 ft back, I was thinking he could either do with a set of old wedges or change his ball.

Woods brand new, irons are new (other than 4 iron)…. Wedges arnt old they’re just a raw finish so there’s rust….

Standard bounce on 50 and 54, and low bounce on 60

@@teddeboy78 and different on every model too. So the MG4 54° is 11, but the HT3 54° is 10. I doubt the average golfer knows what each one is, and the average amateur plays too little bounce. Oh, and the grinds too. I believe that TM should have shown Rory's set up by spending more time focusing on bounce and then focusing on profile. Also, no top lines shown. I get why the short is the way it is (marketing), but it would be nice to satisfy the golf nerd in me
