Mbappe and Erling may have all the attributes to the the heir apparents to Messi and Ronaldo, but those two have shown consistency for more than 15 years. Mbappe and Erling need to be performing at this level for atleast 10 years before they can be mentioned in the same breath as Messi and Ronaldo. Let me put this in perspective. Maradona and Pele never won Copa America, Balandor, Champions League (let alone 4).
