Yeah! I've been using scrcpy for this, but having it built-in is definitely much better!

Cannot find this at all in stable, beta and even the canary builds.

@@AmitJayant It's available for me in the latest Canary. You need to enable it in experimental settings though. I also came back to this video today to check again, until I found that it's disabled by default. And yeah, it's still pretty experimental. Works for me on an Android 11 device, but fails on Android 9. But I'm sure it'll get better before official release.

Built in gradle support for setting up android emulation before running tests is AMAZING 🤩

00:14:04 ... i already have a config for the logcat colors, how do i maintain the custom colors when using the last version? i remember the colors are exported in a config file from the android studio :S

10:34 "prof", "profm" extension files cannot be viewed like a video. Do I need to configure some settings to view the file? I explicitly set some extensions for "prof" and "profm", but the binary file is not interpreted normally. I tried it in "Android Studio Dolphin | 2021.3.1 Beta 5" and the extension is unknown, so the file has a "?" icon is attached. The apk generated by the release build from the project provided in the "baseline profile code lab" is also the same. Baseline.prof is created normally, but the contents of the file cannot be seen. So sad.. Does anyone know?

the new emulator doesn't support touch gestures on windows touch screen laptops. the previous version did, and the latest intellij IDEA still does. Bring it back please.

Liking the new features, keep at it! Random thoughts: - 1:25 I like how you put dark IDE on light background, just to kill my eyes, thanks - 5:44 Nah, fully qualified R imports are not an option. Thanks anyway. - 7:30 You don't have constants for "systemImageSource"?

I think non-namepaced R files will be eventually deprecated. It was bad decision to have R files merging at the first place (in single-module projects world) Even without depreciation you really want it if worrying about build speed
