After some mechanical issues with the plane, we made it safely to beautiful P.E.I to perform our SOLD OUT show at Festival of Small Halls.
Before our show we went to the beach to warm up and took this video.

"The jugband tunes from the Hamilton, Ontario based,
Award Winning 1930's duo,
The Vaudevillian consists of the old fashioned gentleman, Jitterbug James & sweet & sassy Norah Spades.
Washboard, Resonator Guitar, Banjo & Musical Spoons are among some of their instruments they use to get the crowd going.
This ragtime duo brings you dancing numbers from the prohibition period!
Thank goodness PROHIBITION IS OVER!
In addition to performing at Festivals & Theatres all over Canada, The USA & Europe,
They host audience- interactive Washboard Workshops and interactive Musical Spoon Workshops at Festivals and to date have taught over 4500+ participants!
Interactive workshops are for groups up to 40 participants at a time, with washboards and wooden musical spoons provided by The Vaudevillian. All audience members become well versed in playing the musical washboard or the musical spoons.
Keep an eye out for The Vaudevillian on tour in their vintage 1989 RV travelling to a town or city near you!

Mannnn every since i havent been smoking ive been waking up like a normal person having these strange dreams. Last night was like a bridge rockin around and people were flying off of it jumping into the water ane the fire department kept climbing buildings with this weird ass engineering ladder that defied the laws of physics and im so confused but then your music makes me not have an anxiety attack over my brain 😳

it's a-ok to have weird dreams! that's what they usually are. I talk, laugh and argue in my sleep. a good friend of mine is a sleepwalker. and we'd always have these strange dreams about each other. so whenever we met at my uni we'd start the conversation by telling each other whether there was anything interesting we saw last night. one night, I saw us playing a gig with Metallica in a class room in my old school. and I don’t even like the band, much prefer Megadeth.

@kathorsees I liked them when I was younger. I don't dislike them! When I was a kid every shirt in my closet was a Metallica shirt. Ha ha The worst decision I ever made in laugh was leaving the concept of thrash metal though. I went from like...metal to death metal, (And every sub genre of metal) to....That time I found my first Grateful Dead CD and drugs started appearing out of nowhere...Then I ditched the hippie phase and got into EDM and Hiphop. Truly Hip Hop is better really though I will never leave my original metal influence. I have weird dreams when I don't smoke weed.

Oh! a sudden idea: have you two lovely people ever tried to cover Hug Laurie's "Sophisticated Song"? I think it would be right up your alley! It's catchy, humorous and has very similar chords and rhythm to your usual repertoire. At the same time, the original performance is quite a bit more stiff and "buttoned-up", if you will, than your stuff. So I think it'd be an interesting artistic endeavor to adapt it to your instruments and your looser, more relaxed style. And I betcha us fans would eat it up and ask for more :)
