Really Welcome to my country , Seoul , South Korea ^^~ ♥ ~ 1,700 years ago, King Gwanggaeto, called the Great Emperor of Goguryeo, the ancestor of Korea, occupied much of the land that is now southeast Russia and northeast China. By punishing and punishing him, the king naturally took the land. But the reason Russian Putin invaded Ukraine today is absurd, because that is their territory and that is why they attacked. Is it just to start a war to recover the kingdom? Now it's time for communist countries with the same regimes, China's Xi Jinping, Russia's Putin's North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un to answer and put aside the bullshit that South Korea always loves peace. Is it right or wrong for your logic to invade? answer! Do not forget the past when Russia and China were equally defeated by Japan, Britain and France. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea ^^~ ♥ ~ Seoul, the Soul of the World kzfaq.info/get/bejne/kK-Ikrpev8uzd2Q.html kzfaq.info0gLc-ZcKAO0 kzfaq.info/love/wcoBhnVg9YkS9Y8FfK_ddg Unlike famous places that are already known around the world, such as Namsan Tower, Lotte Tower, Hongdae, Gangnam, etc., I would like to introduce you to places that are less known but more wonderful It is Eungbongsan Park in Seongdong-gu ◆The fastest way to get there ◆ Subway 1. Eungbong Station (within 1KM walk), and the following place is within 3KM of subway station. 2. Haengdang Station 3. Sangwangsimni Station 4. Wangsimni Station 5. Sindang Station (Hipdang) Access from There are a myriad of relatively less well-known places in Seoul, which are much more dynamic, fun, and so pretty than the famous places already known in the world. Korea, especially Seoul, is a city that is more interesting than I imagined, fun and pretty places, locations, relatively spicy but less greasy food, and is also a very cheap, comfortable, safe and clean city. also, I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy another night view that's much more beautiful than the usual night view of Namsan Mountain and Lotte Tower in front of you. Especially, if you climb Eungbongsan Mountain and Geumhosan Mountain from Hawangsimni-dong, it is a few kilometers away between Cheonggyecheon Stream and Seoul Forest Park, and the food is very abundant. In addition, if you walk slowly for about 2 hours, you can reach Namsan Mountain from a place called Dulle-gil that starts from Maebongsan Mountain and Geumhosan Mountain. This place is very close to Gwangjang Market, Jungang Market, Geumnam Market, a food paradise filled with traditional Korean food. It is also very close to Seongsu Bridge, Hannam Bridge, and Dongho Bridge. So Gangnam Station, Apgujeong Station, Myeongdong Station, Insa-dong is very close As such, there is a superb view of the Han River at the top of Eungbongsan Mountain (81m) and Maebongsan Mountain (95m) in Seongdong-gu. What's more interesting is that the distance between the two is only 3.1 kilometers by car and 2.4 kilometers by foot. => The unique and beautiful night view of Seoul on KZfaq, which is explained in more than 30 languages (northeast) Gwangjang Market, => (southeast) 1.5km from Gwangjang Market, Dongdaemun ddp 900m from there (east) 900m from Jungang Market, Jungang = 30km from Wangsimni Park to Wangsimni Park (southwest). This road is 5km to Cheonggyecheon Park, 3.4km (north) and the most beautiful road (west) 1.3km 25 minutes of Namsan Dulle-gil, Liberation Village, Itaewon night view kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oLJ7mqWlyrXaaas.html a four-season view kzfaq.info/get/bejne/itCSkq6ku7S6c2g.html From Seoul Forest to Maebongsan Mountain kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eqxmksSE2LeqdH0.html kzfaq.info/get/bejne/icyEl8ij28nWlw.html ☞ How to ask the driver when you take a taxi 1. One thing that I would like to add to this debate is the possible cause of all of this. Something that has always stuck out to me is that “weighting +- 45 kg has always been considered a norm” and there is actually a plausable explanation. South Korea has had the fastest increase in average height in the past 100 years. Going from very poor to a wealthy coutry so abruptly, South Koreans are on average 15m (6inches) taller than North Koreans, who haven’t gotten taller at all. If women were 15 cm smaller a few decades ago, 40 - 50 kg would have been a healthy weight. And because the increase in height has been so abrupt, the beauty and health standards didn’t have the chance to catch up yet.

yes! dieting for long periods of time or extreme diets are really bad for your overall health. your metabolism tends to slow down after a while of dieting too which is why you need breaks and maintenance periods before getting back to that same schedule. a lot of people try to restrict themselves lower and diet harder after seeing a plateau. it sucks that more people dont know about this and how to diet SAFELY.

Sometimes I think about going to S Korea, and when it happens one of the first thoguhts that come in my mind is "oh, if I go there, I need to lose weight asap". I've been trying to be more generous to myself and to my body, and trying to change the focus of my diet to being healthy rather than losing weight, but many times it is hard. And even though that one girl said nowadays people are just trying to be healthy, when she said she was 160cm and weighted 42kg I was shocked. I'm 150cm and I think I weighted that little only when I was 14/15, so that's a little discouraging. Truth be told, I believe that before going to Korea, anyone who is a little overweight (or not since the girl that lived in Toronto said people consider her chubby) should really reaaly work on their self esteem before living there

No one's talking about bone structure. It's a huge factor when determining healthy weight range. To illustrate just how much, my friend is shorter than me but with thicker bones. If she weighed what I weigh she'd be severely underweight, whereas I certainly am not too skinny. The same weight looks different on different people, even if they are the same height, because bones can physically take up more or less space. Asians typically have a smaller bone structure than Westerners, as well as being shorter on average. With this in mind, 40-50 kg for a smalled boned female is fine

As an outsider, I think america has the opposite problem, because being skinny is considered not attractive, since the beauty standard is having a big but, thick thighs and boobs. There are women that are naturally slim, and the fitness industry targets them with fitness plans to gain weight... The same way a person that naturally has more fat can't healthily achieve a low body fat %, a naturally skinny person can't healthily or easily achieve a higher body fat % or a lot of muscle 🤷🏻‍♀️

@yoctavian okay? So why do they have to come to Asia periodically for hospital treatment? And most Asians are afraid to go to America because of drugs and guns. Recently, it has been a trend for Asian Americans to learn self-defense techniques. The reason Asians go to America is money. America has a lot of money, Asia has a lot of talent. This is why the United States has been so successful as an immigration country.

I work as a hotel receptionist so I met a lot of people from different countries. And people from Japan, Korea, and China consider that I'm a bit chubby. My height is 166 cm and my weight is around 55 - 56 kg and to be honest I think I'm prettier compared to when I weigh around 48 - 50 kg. When I was 48 - 50 kg, it's true that I can put on any clothes and it looks really good on me (on the outside) but when I took off my shirts, the rib cage was too obvious to see and I don't like the way I look back in the day. Funny thing is, even tho it's just a 5 - 6 kg difference but some people, mostly Asian think I need to lose some more weight. It is really toxic and btw I don't wanna be that skinny.

To be honest I'd would have liked to have this kind of motivation to lose weight and be fit. I was fat since I was a child because I didn't felt pressed to lose weight even if I heard from others that I’m fat. Now I regret it. I've tried to lose weight 2 years ago with diet and workouts and I lost 8 kg but it wasn't enough and it was the most I could loose cause I'm not used to eating healthy and working out so I gave up after I reached 57 kg (which is the least I've ever had. Even when I was 11 I had 58 kg). I thought I can at least mentain this weight but now I'm getting fat again. If I had a diffrent lifestyle when I was younger it wouldn't be so hard for me now to be skinny. If I'm trying to eat less I end up eating even more. I always need external motivation in order to do things or to be pushed from the back but nobody is putting pressure on me to loose weight because they think I look ok but I don't feel ok. The only reason why I could loose weight 2 yrs ago was because my aunt was also trying to loose weight and there were skinny gitls in my class and seeing them made me feel not hungry anymore but now that I graduated and I stay home most of the time I don't have motivation anymore :(

I know men weren't mentioned in this, but since I'm short enough to fit the bill I wanted to weigh in. It's very dangerous to be underweight, the complications can be equal to that of obesity or morbid obesity.
