If your friend already is an existing Wise customer, he can't be your referral. If you've added him as your Wise friend, you can transfer money to him via these steps: wi.se/howtosendmoney When you set up the transfer, you can enter his phone number or email as the recipient. Hope this helps 😊

You can read more about that here: wi.se/howtosendmoney Also, while we can't send to KHR yet, you can send USD or EUR to local banks in Cambodia using SWIFT.
