As mentioned above, if it's through Wise, she can't send using PHP currency as it's not yet supported. She can instead reach out to her bank, and ask if they support SWIFT transfers, or if there are other alternatives that they can offer.

If you don’t have the currency in your account, then we’ll automatically convert the amount for you. The money will be taken from whichever available balance has the cheapest conversion fee. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like you're experiencing some technical issues. To address your last question, when you open a Wise account, you need to have an external bank through which you'll be able to top up your balance and receive account details. Also, to receiving money, you'll need to get account details with us first. Plus, this feature's only available in select regions.
