That's very nice work, man. 👍👍 Both the kolrosing and the spoon. Have you ever tried plunging the point of your blade straight in, producing a wedge shaped end to the line, where one line meets a perpendicular line? This can create a very dynamic effect, when kolrosing woven patterns. If you're interested, I can make a quick video of some of the spoons where I've used this technique.

In my experience they last many years of heavy use and frequent washing and the designs are still bold and visible. I even have several with designs in the bowls and they are still very much visible after lots of use. It’s like a wooden tattoo
