I remember that on Windows, a program printing text to the console was one of the slowest things you could do. It may sound crazy, but I wonder if making the console fullscreen would actually make the process faster as a whole.

Yes the Soft AP does not interfere with the clients Internet connection

wouldn't deleting all logs look suspect? couldn't delete only after a certain time (insertion time - 5 min? maybe) even deleting all, maybe overwrite the files (open from beginning and append, rather then delete and append?

@Hak5Darren, Don't forget about the old favorite, redirecting your command output to nul. Throw this in to your batch file. @echo off echo Installing Windows Update dir >> nul dir > nul Also there is the start command that will give you unlimited time for your goodness to run unnoticed. Start /B "mybat.bat" Try this... start /B cmd Now go into the task manager and you'll find a process running cmd.exe You'll need to end the process to get rid of it.

Awesome Video! Noob question - will the exfiltration payload work on a laptop that's logged into an account without admin privileges? (i.e. will "powershell Start-Process cmd.exe -Verb runAs" force the command shell to be run as an administrator)

I have one of these in a drawer. Gotta work a bit with it tomorrow. I think I had problems with my keyboard layout or locale settings. Another thing. Can the victim pc still keep wifi (internet) connection when it has created the soft ap?
