I can understand that's the reason for being anti-manual therapy. I've been a massage therapist for a career and I came out of that old paradigm. The other issue is the education is inconsistent across different schools. It's inevitable that manual therapy will be a necessary part of medicine because it does have an efficacious effect but it needs to change as an industry.

I don't know what's going on in the social media world but my massage clients over the last 20 years would say for the most part that manipulation of their muscle tissue, fascia and lymphatic system has been more beneficial than going to doctors and physical therapists.
