For a little store, they have a bunch of product. The "Cavity Wax", it is more important than making a good weld then using dynoglass on front. I have quarts and a pressure pot with 4-5 different hoses / tips to spray inside. Factory E-coat, aftermarket E-coat, seam sealer and factory applied rubber coating / sound deadener burns off during welding. You can clean, scrape or chemically remove these products (Seam sealer can catch fire during welding / some factory stuff). The panel is left with crusty old products, paint and other chemicals and bare welded area's that need covered. A brand called "Klean Strip" concrete & metal prep ($20 gal.) soaked onto the panel for a day or overnight by taping, clay plugging drain holes or tub and small fish tank pump can clean this metal. Coat with epoxy two part spray (I wrap detail gun on plastic wrap) When inside a door, quarter panel or frame rail, this will keep bubbles coming thru the paint for years. I was taught this and shown how by an older friend who pained cars & trucks. I have no room in a small garage and experienced this problem and mentioned it. It works and made sense but allow time. Use clay to plug drain holes to allow product to work. It's not like diluted hydrochloride concrete acid and works better on inside metal than "Coopers Strip Club" paint & varnish remover.

Dudes that’s the meanest fuggin wall shelf I’ve ever seent that wall looks 20+ ft, I hit up a training program in Dallas & their shelf system was pallet style heavy duty shelves!!

Petey, I trust your knowledge and experience , you’ve helped me greatly in the process of restoring my old truck. Perhaps the greatest thing I am internalizing from you is , “we finish what what we start !” At any rate , you claim in one of your videos the only dry sand paper you need is 36,80,180, and 320 and f anybody else that says otherwise. Am I to believe that for spraying gold pearl paint, 320 scratches will not show ? I’ve been listening to other people say 600 and 800 grit for high metallics. Don’t want to spend that extra work if it’s not necessary . Thanks

I might buy stuff from them out of support but live in cleveland..have a blessed day. also I have did a lil research and found a video from Vice grip garage and they used that pink to gray and had no problem with it..Wonder if the batch u had of 1500, or however many the representative said, and it left a bad taste in your mouth..they painted a old 70s f series pickup and went original white and no problems..Just trying to help and figure out with you..be safe..I loved stopping in grand junction, on our trip across the country from cleveland to moab..I changed my oil mid trip in the parking lot of the tractor supply..Just brings back memories..can't wait to come back pete..you were a great host, and I appreciate that. I was afraid to call your shop thinking it was wierd but you had open arms..God bless

Our shop just updated the paint system & it lets us mix up the primer/sealer to different colors, you get the white/black/gray then ya get a 3 or 4 color combo to mix.. lesonal/ akzo Nobel & powdered guide coat fuggin sucks everything else lookin good though

I remember when I first started painting, I found a place in Cleveland Ohio it was called D&S Paint supply, I loved going too there store because they had it all just like this video, the sales people were friendly and very knowledgeable, and were not out too stick it too you! But we lost that place because of big corp painters supply bought them out! And they stick it in your ass big time they couldn’t match paint that I had mixed there when it was D&S the sales guy said oh it has lead in it? I’m like ok so match the color with out the lead? The guy says oh we can’t do that? WTF!!!! Don’t tell me you can’t match a freakin color with all your technology if today I was so pissed off its bullshit so I’m looking for a good store in the Cleveland area that is like this place if anyone knows if a place let me know thanks

ACME clear is bullshit absolute junk Has a terrible finish. Shop I worked at my boss’s friend brought in his 71 Cuda for a repair, he had the FC720 Acme clear, I seen it at a show 2 months later it was all ringed up in spots and looked awful
