Hey La! I always look forward to your videos. You're always inspirational and even though I don't dabble into social media too much I still can apply what you talk about to what I do spend time doing such as my day job and also my artistic endeavors. I like to think I try to always have the success mindset. I'm definitely a glass half full person. I respond to management better to someone who has a can do attitude and that can say to the team-we have a lot to do with obstacles but let's do our best. We can do it. We can adjust and dig in.
