@Zoe4life Loma was allowed to duck Haney by petitioning for Franchise champ status back in 2019. Haney wanted the fight, the rules stated that Haney would get the fight,... but Loma and his team avoided the mandatory challenger. A Google/ KZfaq search would tell you that.
