I don't like or appreciate Trump - but the "unstructured time" is something I actually understand. How would he be supposed to govern or to react to crises if he sat in meetings all day? Some people see their congested agendas as a status symbol - I think this works only up to middle management level. From a certain level on, management means that you're not supposed to be sitting in meetings but pestering others to achieve their stuff in their meetings. So rather than looking at his agenda, it would be more useful to see how he actually spends and uses the time set aside from "structured time".

Can he take unstructured time permanently? It's for the greater good.
