Very interesting again - it would be great to hear more about the trainings/certifications for RISE and especially how the future of a Basis admin is changing and how to "future-proof" yourself for that. I'd also love a video of the actual pros of RISE over hosting your own on-prem in a hyperscaler or your own datacenter. Sorry, that's a lot of requests for a Monday morning! 😁

Feedback in the field indicates that: 1) Having one hand to shake and one contract to sign is of negligible advantage to C-level executives 2) This 20K of BTP included credits would be used up quite quickly. [Amount may not be 100% correct - it's what I have heard] 3) "actual pros of RISE over hosting your own on-prem in a hyperscaler" - that would be a short video. It can take weeks for Service Requests or Cases to land on the desk of the appropriate SAP engineers - any Basis person with AWS/Azure/GCP credentials and skills can alter what's needed 100 times faster than ECS/HEC/RISE Hyperscaler engineers.

What about licensing for IT Support? Folks with firefighter access.

Licenses are per user. So FF ids will belong to same set of users already licensed.
