Target has really stepped up their grocery game lately, I was really impressed with the selection of healthy items in their store. Oatly says their oats are glyphosate-free. According to the Oatly site, their oat supplier polices the farms they use and randomly tests, then Oatly also randomly tests their milks, which are "Detox Project" certified.

FYI Bobby. Anything labeled as an American bourbon by law cannot have any added byproduct to affect the taste or color. Jack Daniels is a cheap but they're high quality. But when it comes to scotch or blended whiskey, then you have a point.

Thank you so much for this video! We moved to Kansas and in our town we only have a non-super target, Walmart, Kroger affiliate, and Hy-Vee. No health food stores unless you drive about an hour away.

@@BobbyParrish have you ever heard of Waterford Irish butter? We have it at a local grocery in Wisconsin. Comes in a 4 stick package and sells for $6 or effectively $3 in comparison to the higher prices Kerrygold. I wrote them and they said their butter is processed in the same plant as Kerrygold.

Great ingredient breakdown on the foods I eat everyday. FYI - Bobby I noticed your mask kept falling below your nose. I bought electrical tape at the dollar store and ripped of a little square and placed half of the piece of tape on top of mask & top half on my nose. Always keeps mask in place. I’ve also used other tapes.

If you get the Birch Benders pancake mix, just know that they can easily fall apart. For the Keto chocolate pancake mix, an important step to make them not fall apart is to let the batter sit, and I have to do it longer than it says on the package otherwise I will have scrambled pancakes. And I put a lid over the pancakes so they are firm when I flip them.

Straight bourbon can not have added coloring and get’s it’s coloring for being aged at least 2 (usually 4) years in a wood barrel in the US.

I've tried those too and they are pretty good! My local target has also 18 count Vital Farm Eggs. Non-organic sadly but still a little better price-wise than the dozen count.

Just a heads up: Miyoko's has changed up their recipes lately. The cream cheese seems to still be clean and worth of Bobby approval, but the cashew butter in particular now has sunflower oil.

Because sugar is included in the carbohydrate number, one can ignore the sugar number and go straight to the carbohydrate number. Carbohydrate is inclusive...... (I’m type 2 insulin dependent, so I know these things.....). 🙋‍♀️

Now to my question or request, since I live close to Mexico, & I believe Mexico has gotten into the game as well. What products could you put your stamp of approval on.
