Tips to succeed when your nursing license is on probation and you are preparing to have the probation lifted from your license. Information is specific for Indiana, but could be helpful for any State.

I was on a fentanyl patch. I cleared it with the board in MA. There was no issue. I was working towards retirement. My employer knew. Seven days go by and I noted I am no longer on the vacation time request master sheet. Four days later, I was terminated. To that point I had.10 major surgical procedures and was.being fed via a jtube. I didn't steal the patches and it was the only medication in my system. I tried to sue but the hospital had their team of lawyers so I gave up. This was eight years ago. No longer a nurse and loving it.

I find this to be wrong. Most hospital and nursing homes let alone agency to not want employees on probation because they are considered a liability .

What are quarterly reports? How do you get these and who fills them out?

I’m an X-ray tech and this info all applies to me as well I imagine. Anyone know if it’s possible to find a job as an X-ray tech on probation?

Yeah I have a friend that she took a drug test and she failed it and there was her first time doing something like that what could she do about it can you give me an answer she was a nurse

I just wanted to know could you help me my friend need help she got a job cuz she was taking her prescription medicine that the doctor described for her but her job had drug tested her said that she was using illegal drugs but she's not using legal drugs she was taking her medicine and they suspended her license what could she do about it and this was her first time she never used drugs like that but her medicine and she was a nurse can you help her please
