I had one day to spend in Frankfurt Germany and it went like this...
First of all I arrived here by train from the state of Bavaria to meet up with some friends for a concert. My first thought was, "wow, this doesn’t look like a traditional German city at all, I guess I’ve been living in the Bavarian countryside for too long."
How to ride the train in Germany (for beginners): www.dtvdanieltelevision.com/2...
Whenever I visit a city for the first time and have no idea what to do, I usually do 3 things: Get on my phone to see what’s around me via google maps, ask locals where to find the best traditional food, and go to souvenir shops to discover the specific tourist attractions displayed on the post cards.
If you’re staying in this area, Hotel Paulaner am Dom is everything you would expect a German hotel to be and you can’t beat the location. They have a nice spread of continental & traditional Bavarian Breakfast options including eggs, fruit, bread with Obazda cheese, cold cuts and Bavarian white sausages with sweet mustard. The rooms are perfectly adequate, clean, and your typical European size with two twin beds, closet space, TV. Bathrooms are also clean and provide plenty of space and lighting. Oh and some of the rooms have great views of the Cathedral as well as their beer garden downstairs.
Here's a list of what I did after checking in to the hotel
1) Frankfurt Cathedral + views from up top!
2) Financial District
3) Frankfurter Römer
4) Metzgerei DEY
5) St Paul's Church
6) Iron Foot Bridge
7) Struwwelpeter
Well that is about 24hrs, I hope you enjoyed watching, if you’re looking for more local travel tips, subscribe to the channel and I’ll catch you in the next one.

Oh and BTW, that Euro Sign is NOT the European Zentral Bank (EZB). It used to be there but not anymore. The EZB (new financial district) is located in Ostend, Frankfurt. You can catch the Tram number 11 and get off at the park by the river and you will see the EZB. Its right in front of the river.

My man, you found the most touristy place in all of Frankfurt for a hotel! Lol... Just across the bridge from that church is Sachsenhausen neighborhood and that's where a local like me would go to get it in (nightlife wise) and find a hotel. If you are super sexy like I am, get a hotel at a spot called "Roomers" when you here in Frankfurt, place is super nice and grown and sexy at night. In the summer time there is open air salsa along the river and a place called "Changos" is a rachet spot that a Soldier might enjoy (Me not so much). I used to be in the Army back in the day and wouldn't trade my current lifestyle for that but I appreciate what you are doing for the young Soldier who probably never left their city growing up. Keep putting out dope content that will help our troops living abroad.
