When I got her she already had her first vaccination so I just made sure to bring all the paper work and vaccine certificate. She was a little nervous but it went really well overall! I just carried her in instead of putting her on the ground on a leash. Good luck with your puppy! 😊

Victoria Nguyen yes my puppy will already have her first and she seeing the dr 4 days before so i am just not sure when to make the next appointment . How old they have to be in order to be ok to be outside at the park ?

MONICA SOTO You can talk to your vet for a more accurate schedule for your puppy but generally they get their vaccinations every 4 weeks at 8-10 weeks of age, 12-14, and 16-18. I would not recommend bringing your puppy to the park until they are fully vaccinated but you can still start the socialization process before this without putting them at risk! I will be making a video about this in the future 😊

@@Mayboy004 it’s great! Not gonna lie, the first 3 days were ruff 😜. And I’m still tired trying to get used to the change in my sleeping habits. I’ve learned to sleep when Bailey does….. otherwise I’m wiped out. But that being said, it’s such a joy having him. He has such a precious personality! He also has an Instagram account…..I know, nuts….right?! But it’s fun meeting other puppies, dogs…..and I get some useful info there too. Ill tell you what people told me that I didn’t take heed of…..get your rest now while you can! Hi! I’m really glad my videos are helpful for you 😊 I would say during the day it’s okay to let them sleep and wake up on their own and to just keep an eye on them and as soon as they wake up to bring them to their potty area. I find Nova naps for 2 hours max so she is able to hold it for that long with no discomfort. During the night though I do recommend waking them up every 2 hours and taking them potty. Hope this helps! 😊

Nova did not throw up so I don’t have any personal experience to speak from but she has thrown up for other reasons before for eating too fast or playing too soon after eating. The important thing to look out for is what they are throwing up and the colour. Dogs can also throw up bile and that could just be because they have acid build up but nothing in their stomach to throw up. I wouldn’t be too concerned if she threw up on the car ride home but if she throws up multiple times a day that could be a little worrying.

They are the best!! Nova is a shorkie and she's got a huge personality inside her little body. She loves to play and is so loyal to me but also loves to cuddle and nap. I love her so much and I hope you get to have a dog one day too because it's amazing!

It is totally up to you but I highly recommend crate training your puppy. It can really aid in their potty training and ensures their safety during the night when you can't watch them. It can also help in separation anxiety :)

Hi! Definitely bring a blanket to wrap your puppy in because that can help them feel more safe. To be honest I just held Nova in my lap the entire ride home and that worked for me but if you want to use a carrier I think a small travel crate should work fine and you can put blankets inside to make it very cozy and safe feeling. I'd also bring water for your puppy because they may start panting from stress, heat, and thirst. And if you are getting your puppy form a breeder, keep the blanket that smells like their little mates with you because this will really help your puppy calm down. Hope this helps a little!

Hi! I would talk to your vet because I don't want to tell you something that might not be correct. But what I have been told is that chicken and turkey are the easiest on dog's tummies. There are also other diets for dogs that aren't kibble such as the semi cooked meals that could be better for them than kibble. But yes, do talk to your vet for a better answer! 😊❤️
