no lie u are 1 sexy farmer . grenada in the building again you know what that a really great idea but here when we plant ginger here in grenada we cover it under some bushes for 2 weeks or so that way it well stay cool plus the heat from the sun the then eye will start to come out then from there we plant them out but like ur way also next time i plantimg i will try that..
