You may have a point here, but that won't stop me from chugging down a protein shake and a bit of chocolate. Jokes aside, great video! Nutrition for/after training is often overlooked despite being as important as the training itself.

Very easily to neglect the replenishment of our bodies especially if we train late on a night!!

Any sort of bone broth soup, like Seolleongtang or Pho, is perfect for after workouts

Any recommendations on good bone broths recipes? I've seen a few organic grass fed ones on Amazon they are amazing! Prefer them on a morning tho 👌🏽
