This should have a million views. My son who plays baseball has been struggling with ground balls, weak hits at the end of his bat and a lot of pulls. I have watched many videos and this is the simplest explanation of what to do and why. Subscribed!

I fixed a lot in my stance and hitting the ball in general duo to this I got a big hit and my coach is very proud of me for my improvements

Do you have a warmup routine you would suggest for a team playing catch at the beginning of practice?

My team does a game called circle throw so the team stands in a circle and throws a ball and when we do 4 times around we add a ball and if we drop it 3 times we need to run to the fence and back or do burpees, stretches, or push-ups and this is with a U19 team👍🏼

Your videos have been helping me train my daughter. She is in machine pitch this is her 2nd year playing. She went from striking out at every game at the beginning of last season to hitting at least 3out of 4 times she was batting to this year hitting 27 out of 30 pitches in practice the only problem im having with her is i cant figure out how to get her cheast behind her belly button she keeps trying to crush it with ends up with her leaning over her toes how can i fix that problem

Have her stick her finish after every swing so she can see exactly where she is at! Or film her and show her. She may not feel what she is doing.

Hi Meghan, I just had a practice and starting to play again after 20+ years. At batting practice I injured two pitchers. Hit about 10 balls and at least half went straight back to the pitcher with a lot of speed. I stopped my practice for fear of seriously hurting someone. Can you tell me how to adjust my swing to avoid hitting the pitcher?

To be honest, you should't adjust your swing. Hitting back up the middle isn't a bad thing. Your hits just happened to hit the pitcher.
