Four season is always my go to hotel, prices might be out of reach there. I love the design I have seen nice and clean.

Are they planning on having penthouses in a higher price range with multiple levels or more square footage? what would be the higher-end price range be?

The biggest selling point is Nevada’s tax scheme.
