Great info, here. I am currently suffering from a frozen shoulder. I have been going to see a therapist and have had an ultrasound and X-Ray done. It turns out that I have a small tear in my bicep and shoulder, and the doctor believes these tears may have lead to the shoulder freezing up.

did you eventually do rotor cuff surgery ?

@@NiccBlacc-NCBC No, I did not. I chose to just let it heal on it's own. I am slowly getting back movement in my shoulder. I can almost lift my arm straight up in the air, but not quite. When it first happened I couldn't lift my arm any higher than my shoulder.

Chin and shoulder up guys. I'm one year and a bit into frozen shoulder. It does get better slowly but surely. Keep it moving and do the daily exercises... I don't think the twitching of the shoulder will ever stop, it's bloody annoying as you well know. Good luck.😆

[No, we don't need to invest in research for an affordable solution!] Also, this is a perfect example of how little care goes into researching women and minorities - especially the discrimination faced by women in their 40's-60's, who seem to be especially "worthless" the medical community.
