After spending 3 months travelling Thailand I used my experiences to give you what I think is the best packing list for travelling South East Asia.
My packing is generally for guys however any girls watching need to make sure they also pack some Long-sleeved shirts and trousers for visiting temples!

How long did you stay for? I'm only in secondary school and am going on a 3 week expedition to Thailand and Cambodia with some labour intensive days which I believe are a 2 day hike through a jungle and a 4 day stay in a village to help build something. Would you have any suggestions on what to pack for this? I have a kit list but I want to be better prepared.

I've been away for over a year now! Basically I just reccomend packing for 2 weeks then just doing laundry every 10 days etc, otherwise the stuff on here would be alright. Could substitute a few electronics for manual options like toothbrush etc. Just take plenty of breathable clothing, a good flask/waterbottle to keep your water cool is also a big thing

comdoms, lube, flashlight? where do you store that sort of stuff?

Wherever you can fit them, avoid leaks or damage by using a ziplock bag and storing away from sharp objects. The torch on my phone is good enough for around here.
