by the way, about that release form...I actually DID end up signing it after they reached out about 3 times. hence my confusion at the possibility of my scenes being removed when they kept hounding me about it. Everything you said about the family keeping "certain types of black people around" is true. They thought that Jordyn was disposable. Once Will and Jada stepped in, people who are way more respected than they are, they changed their tune. I appreciate your honesty in your reviews. At least you have integrity. Don't ever change.

jenji neveah just because you have an aboriginal friend doesn’t mean you are for them. It’s not always us. Some people just don’t understand the struggles of black people but Ido not blame them. Some black people also don’t take the time to educate other races and that’s fine, cause that is their choice. Not everyone wakes up everyday to be battling about black issues cause not everyone has the mindset, time, or just not interested to doing so.

I think sometimes black people believe privilege can be gained by association and location. Being surrounded by people of privilege does NOT gain you the privileges that they are born with.

My best friend, literally was a sister to me, tried to sleep with my boyfriend at a party while I was at a church college retreat. I didn’t go out of my way to go off on her or post stuff talking about it, I didn’t say a word and just blocked her. She was family and there was so much love so I really felt that when Jackie said you don’t do that to family! You don’t shame them, you just display the hurt and you have to move on.

There’s one thing that is stronger than white privilege and that’s green privilege ie money. Someone like Malika wouldn’t have experienced the same levels of white privilege the rest of the black community has, because her green privilege protects her from it.

This might get lost in the comments, but it has to be acknowledged: a lot of people in your industry may feel the same thing as you do, but wouldn't speak on it with the bravery and honesty that you do. YOU STICK YOUR NECK OUT. WHILE OTHERS SPIRAL IN SILENCE. That's a thing I'm learning in school. That people with the minority voice or do not want to lose power will not voice their opinions because they want to hold onto their seat. YOU CREATE YOUR SEAT BY SPEAKING OUT. zingrosa learned that the hard way. I relate to jordyn except it wasn’t over a guy. All I did was call them out on their fakeness because I was the only one not invited and they wouldn’t listen. After I called them out they all turned their backs on me. It hurt because they weren’t innocent either and they couldn’t see things from my point of view. This happened a few months ago and they all happy since I was seen as the dead weight in the group, but here I am still trying to pick myself up. Sucks, but lesson learnt. It be the same people who tell you that they love you that break you down.

As a white woman, I learned sooooo much from this video.. Thank you for sharing your Jackie wisdom, forever educating us. Some of the things you mentioned in here, I had to rewind because I was like "Wait, but a few date and one is married to a black man" Wait...What? 🤔 Then, as I listened a second time it clicked. It was a lightbulb moment💡 And now I see it so clearly. Thank you for pointing out the enabling. Amazing thoughts on this whole situation. P.S. My thoughts on the entire interview, Jada's glow & Jordyn's makeup was distracting 😘 But, I actually felt really bad for Jordyn. She is young, she made a mistake and being harassed and people instigating harrassment is just awful. I know some on youtube that do that and it makes me sick. Praying for her and her family🙏🙏🙏
